The Thrive Learning Coaching Program

Let's get honest, are we truly thriving?

As an educator, it's not uncommon to experience an overwhelm of emotions associated with constant change, risks, and instability within the education system. In addition to the above, there's a lack of stress management skill-building to cope with all the curriculum changes, lack of resources, and significant turnover. Yup, being an educator isn't easy, especially right now. All of this can cause our beloved educators, you, to feel overwhelmed and lack self-compassion inhibiting your ability to identify and empower compassion for yourself, your students, and colleagues.

Let's Stop Living Each Day in Survival Mode

What We Need Is:

  • Wellness Techniques

Introducing a variety of mindfulness and psychology derived techniques and tools that can be accessed at any time, for anyone, applicable to life experiences beyond the "cushion" practice.

  • Belonging & Inclusion

Equipping administrators, educators & youth with competencies to empower belonging, inclusion, and self-acceptance within themselves, the pedagogy, their colleagues and their students/peers.

  • Stress Management

Administrators, educators and youth invite a variety of tools to stress management, change management, mental health challenges and conflict management as an act of service to themselves and others.
